    Thank you for sharing. I love coconut water for rehydration after a workout. I like that it’s so refreshing. I also add it to my shakes. I’ve never tried rinsing my hair with it, that actually sounds like a great idea, because the coconut oil seems very heavy for my hair.

      Thank you so much! Coconut oil is heavy, but warm it and apply to your hair and wash after 30 minutes. It will leave your hair soft and shiny.

    Well, I haven’t gotten around yet to doing coconut water – but I do like coconut oil, which I know has a LOT of great benefits as well!
